Standing beside Snow Angel, the Honour Bear, at Polo Park Shopping Centre: Finding angelic guidance and protection

Snow Angel is the honorary member of the polar-bear statues currently gracing the median strip of Broadway Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Collectively known as Bears on Broadway, this exhibit of creatively designed polar bear statues is a project undertaken in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. The display serves to promote awareness on what people can do to reduce their risk of getting afflicted with cancer.
