Jeremy Kelly, 1983
This was Jeremy Kelly, the guitarist of the British New Wave band The Lotus Eaters, in 1983.
He was the first ever New Wave icon I idolized. In second-year highschool, I was sporting Jeremy's look in this picture. Many friends and followers of my own band said that I was a deadringer of Jeremy. Really? Hahaha! The popular songs of The Lotus Eaters include "German Girl" and "The First Picture of You."
