Out in the Winter Sun

Another shot at a mall's parking lot; the sun is noticeably beginning to flaunt its brightness, but, unlike in a tropical country such as Philippines, the breeze and the temperature remain cold and chilly. I now know how it feels to be out in the Winter sun.
