Sure, they do. Remember Arwen's shedding tears when she found herself caught in a dilemma—between joining her father and the rest of the Elves in the great journey to the Undying Lands and staying on Middle-earth for good, to be with her beloved Aragorn?

SCOPE OF WORK
The successful candidate has to demonstrate experience and recent practice in the following areas of commercial cleaning activities:
Essential Manual Cleaning Skills
1. Sweeping and mopping of hard floors;
2. Vacuuming of carpeted floors;
3. Dusting of all surfaces (damp wiping);
4. Cleaning of windows and doors with lamps wool applicator and blade;
5. Complete cleaning of toilet areas;
6. Complete cleaning of kitchen areas including washing up of dishes;
7. Spot cleaning of painted wall surfaces;
8. Removal of cobwebs;
9. Cleaning of stainless steal in lifts and lift surrounds;
10. Damp wipe clean of furniture and fittings;
11. Any cleaning as instructed, to maintain a high level of cleaning.
Essential Mechanised Cleaning Skills:
1. Machine polishing experience, both with high and low speed polishing machines;
2. Stripping and sealing of vinyl floors;
3. Auto scrubbing machine experience;
Communication & Organisational Skills
1. Ability to communicate issues which impact on the quality of the service delivery to a property manager.
2. Supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage human resources in a competent manner and engage these human resources in an effective manner.
Other essential requirements
1. Ability to obtain a car or motorbike drivers licence after arriving in Australia.
